Belcrest is the featured residence for scheduled tours. Additional GSA housing locations are available; visitors should contact the team for placement options.

Belcrest has:
• 4 bedrooms.
• 2 bathrooms.
• 8-bed total capacity.
• Co-ed housing.
• Fully furnished shared accommodations.
• 3 standard bedrooms.
• 1 larger primary bedroom with larger beds and expanded bathroom access; a premium rate applies.

Residents are generally adults age 40+. Encourage visitors to contact the team to confirm age eligibility and fit.

Residents must be able to independently manage daily living needs, medications, appointments, and personal care. GSA does not provide on-site medical, nursing, clinical, or personal-care services.

Starting Rates

Our transitional housing rate starts at $850 per bed per month. This rate is designed to be accessible while supporting the independent living goals of our residents throughout Houston and Greater Houston areas.

What are the curfew hours?

Residents must be home by 10:00 PM. Exceptions are granted on a case-by-case basis for valid reasons such as medical appointments or work.

Is the residence substance-free?

Yes, our transitional housing is strictly substance-free. We prioritize a safe and healthy environment for all residents to focus on their recovery and stability.

Are visitors allowed?

Visitors are welcome, but we require prior approval for each guest. We do not allow overnight guests to maintain a peaceful and secure shared living environment.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:30 AM. This is to ensure residents can rest and maintain a peaceful atmosphere for the next day's activities.

What is the typical length of stay?

Typical length of stay is 6–12 months. Maximum stay is considered case by case and depends on individual circumstances, program compliance, funding, and progress.
