4. Residence Tours and Locations

GSA Housing Solutions serves Houston and Greater Houston areas. Belcrest is a featured residence, and other housing locations may be available.

Residence tours must be requested and confirmed in advance. A displayed residence address is not a public walk-in office.

Touring a featured residence does not guarantee placement at that specific location. Our team will discuss available options during the review process.

5. Client Referrals and Referral Partnerships

We welcome housing referrals from agencies, organizations, case managers, and community members.

Referral relationships are collaborative and unpaid. GSA Housing Solutions does not pay referral fees or commissions for client referrals.

Submitting a referral does not guarantee placement or establish an exclusive partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship.

Anyone submitting information about another person must have appropriate permission or other lawful authority to share it, Please provide only information relevant to the inquiry and use the designated process for any requested documents.

6. Property Owner Inquiries

Property owners may contact us to discuss potential partnership opportunities.

Submitting property information or discussing a possible arrangement does not obligate either party to enter into an agreement. Property-specific responsibilities, payments, maintenance arrangements, and other terms must be established in a seperate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

The website does not guarantee property acceptance, rental income, occupancy, or financial returns.

Any confidentiality, exclusivity, or non-circumvention obligations must be addressed in a seperate applicable agreement.
